Ethics Statement

  • Conflict-of-Interest Statement

    Authors submitting manuscripts are responsible for disclosing any conflicts of interest with commercial or any other institutions related to the submitted manuscript, clinical trials, or reports involving pharmaceutical products or medical devices. Authors should indicate the funding sources for the project and the institutions or enterprises to which they belong on the title page. Authors must ensure that the manuscript or its main content will not be published elsewhere prior to its appearance in Chinese Journal of Clinical Anatomy. Authors are required to declare in the cover letter that the submitted manuscript is free from any ghostwriting or plagiarism.

     

    Human and Animal Rights

    Authors are required to submit the human rights or animal rights declaration based on the nature of their research, emphasizing adherence to ethically regulated legal standards. Authors must verify whether the following statements apply to their research projects and content.

    For reports involving animal experiments, it must be declared that the experiments were conducted in accordance with the "Principles of Laboratory Animal Management." Additionally, authors need to state the specific legal provisions (e.g., The Current Animal Protection Law of China) that were complied with.

    For human studies, it must be declared that permission was obtained from the relevant ethics committee, and that the experiments were conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines established by the Declaration of Helsinki. Authors must declare that the experimental data included in the submitted manuscript were collected in compliance with the aforementioned ethical guidelines.

     

    Statement of Informed Consent

    The privacy rights of patients must not be violated without their informed consent. Identifying information in experiments, including patients' names, initials, hospital names, etc., should not be disclosed in written, pictorial, or genealogical forms unless it is of significant scientific importance and written informed consent has been obtained from the patients (parents or guardians). Patients should have read the content of the manuscript to be published before signing the informed consent form. Authors should disclose any individuals who provided writing assistance and the funding sources for such assistance. Identifying information should be omitted unless absolutely necessary.
