Copyright and Licensing Statement

  • Authors of articles published in Chinese Journal of Clinical Anatomy retain the copyright to their works and grant the journal the right of first publication under the terms of the CC BY–NC–ND (Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives) license. The copyright holder permits others to reproduce, distribute, exhibit, perform, display, broadcast, or transmit the work to the public via information networks, provided that they attribute the original author(s), use the work solely for non-commercial purposes, and refrain from creating derivative works based on the original.

    All authors are required to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement provided by the journal (available in the "Download Center" on the journal's official website). According to the agreement, authors transfer the copyright of their articles (including but not limited to reproduction rights, distribution rights, information network transmission rights, performance rights, translation rights, compilation rights, adaptation rights, etc.) to the editorial department of the journal. Upon publication, the copyright of the article will be vested in the editorial board of the journal. The editorial board will have the right to publish and use the article in various forms, including but not limited to:

    1. Electronic, multimedia, network, or other forms of publication;
