Statement from the Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Clinical Anatomy
Recently, we have been received reports from many readers and authors that unauthorized individuals have been sending messages on behalf of our editorial office, requesting to add "editors" on WeChat for the purpose of "conducting spot checks on related data of past articles" (as shown in the figure below). It has seriously interfered with our journal's work and caused adverse effects. We hereby solemnly declare the following:
1) Official Contact Information: The only formal contact methods for our journal are the editorial office's email (journal@chjcana.com) and the official WeChat public account. Any other communication claiming to represent our journal is fraudulent.
2) Beware of Unofficial Communication Channels: The editorial office of the Chinese Journal of Clinical Anatomy will not proactively add authors on WeChat on behalf of the editorial office or individual editors.
3) Standard Fee Collection Procedures: The journal has never authorized any personal accounts to collect fees in any form. All charges will be accompanied by an official invoice and follow the financial procedures stipulated by national regulations.
4) Verifing Information Authenticity: If you receive any suspicious messages, please immediately contact us via the phone number (020-61648203) or email (journal@chjcana.com) listed on our official website for confirmation.
We urge all readers and authors to be vigilant and beware of scams. If you encounter any fraudulent activity, please report it to the local authorities and notify our editorial office so we can take further measures to prevent more authors from being victimized.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
